DALLAS, TX (March 7, 2023) – Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI), a luxury global sales organization spanning the spectrum of hospitality, is expanding its Strategic Consulting Services (SCS) division with the addition of talent management veteran Karen Richardson. 

Bringing over three decades of global experience to the growing SCS division, Karen supports the full spectrum of talent needs through customized plans and growth strategies. From new leaders to the C-suite and Board of Directors, she builds upon the collective strength of an organization by emphasizing each professional’s competitive advantage. With a breadth of experience in talent management, C-suite and Board engagement, cultural transformation, organizational development, succession planning, and performance management, Karen brings a holistic perspective to coaching, training, and developing all leaders.

Offerings with Karen will include leadership development, improving team effectiveness, enriching the employee experience, executive assessment and coaching, and more. Members will also have access to the New Leader Integration Program, a robust toolkit designed to assimilate leaders into an organization quickly and successfully. Each offering is designed to enhance the leader and improve the organization’s bottom line.

In 2021, the SCS division was created to provide customized management and strategy consulting to member hotels and preferred partners. The division's goal is to bring practical knowledge and specific expertise to the operational and strategic issues of ALHI members and clients.

Spearheaded by Dr. Lalia Rach, Executive Managing Director, the division offers a full complement of consulting services from leadership workshops to sales operational analysis.
