Silvia Zamora, CMP, CMM
Vice President, Meeting Design & Experience
An Austin native, Silvia holds a bachelor's degree from UT Austin and is a certified meeting professional with certificates in meeting management, meeting design, and sustainable events. She has 15+ years of experience in the corporate, pharmaceutical, and luxury markets. Silvia will lead ALHI's expansion in the event space, drive event content, and play an integral part in building the brand.
Erin Mayer
Meeting and Event Planner
Erin graduated from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida where she studied hospitality management and marketing. She joined ALHI in 2016 as part of the South region and recently joined the West region, continuing her role as a global sales associate in Los Angeles. Erin is Cvent certified in Venue Sourcing and the Cvent Supplier Network.
Maria Salinas, CMP
Meeting and Event Planner
Maria joined ALHI in February 2022. She has a solid history in planning and managing event strategies, including the creation and implementation of International Programs and Services. Her deep knowledge of world cultures and global upbringing gives her a unique perspective and a special ability to relate with clients. Maria holds an International Hospitality & Tourism Management Degree from Glion Hotel School in Switzerland and is a Multilingual CMP.
Ly Thuy Mai
Meeting and Event Planner
Ly Thuy joined ALHI in June 2023. She brings 12-years of event planning experience to the industry. She began her career in corporate event planning and in 2017 became an Independent Planner where she was named “Rising Star Event Planner” by Meeting and Conventions Magazine (2018). Prior to joining ALHI, Ly Thuy founded a marketing boutique focused on creative marketing & events for women-owned & diversity-led businesses.
