Michael is actively involved in leadership roles in the Meetings and Events Industry including the executive committees for US Travel Association and Meetings Mean Business Coalition. He speaks in the industry often on topics of disruption, the state of the industry, the economy, behavioral lessons.

An Austin native, Silvia holds a bachelor's degree from UT Austin and is a certified meeting professional with certificates in meeting management, meeting design, and sustainable events. She has 15+ years of experience in the corporate, pharmaceutical, and luxury markets. Silvia will lead ALHI's expansion in the event space, drive event content, and play an integral part in building the brand.

Dr. Lalia Rach is a successful consultant, educator and leader who is recognized for her ability as a pragmatic thinker.  Her approach to issues of strategy and leadership development produces insightful and distinctive thinking advancing the ability of emerging and established executives.  Her success as a consultant, keynote speaker and moderator are directly connected to her relatable honesty and practical and thoughtful information.

Armine has more than 16 years of hospitality experience focusing on sales and catering technologies, sales operations and analytics, she is responsible for improving sales performance through identifying, implementing and managing standardized processes, tools, reporting and insights across regions. 

Angelique joined ALHI in 2019 with 14 years experience in the meetings and convention industry including working with MGM Resorts. In her spare time she enjoys watching live sports, exploring new restaurants, traveling the world and spending time with her husband, Gary. 

Meghan joined ALHI in May 2022. A Lafayette, Louisiana native, she holds a bachelors degree from Louisiana State University and an MBA from SMU, where she was part of the Dean’s Circle. Meghan brings 12+ years of marketing experience in the entertainment, hospitality, and global flexible office space industries. She maintains leadership positions on the Board for the LSU Alumni Association in Dallas and the Career Advisors Board at SMU. She is also active in BvB to raise awareness for Alzheimer’s. 

Sheri joined ALHI in August 2022. She comes with over 15 years of HR experience and held multiple leadership roles with increased responsibilities for an array of industries including hospitality, insurance, construction, transportation and food & beverage. Sheri is a Hawaii native and holds a BA in Public Relations as well as an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University.
