Dining

Fresh air and culinary delights go hand in hand with Terranea’s variety of dining options. With scenic views of the Pacific and al fresco experiences, our restaurants provide service that is both comfortable and enjoyable, and can be found throughout our expansive resort. Terranea’s culinary team celebrates the natural surroundings of the resort by using locally sourced products from Terranea’s grounds and the surrounding peninsula.

Some of the signature restaurants include:

MAR'SEL:  Set overlooking the Pacific Ocean with stunning views, mar'sel offers the ideal location for an elegant dinner or seasonal Sunday brunch.

CATALINA KITCHEN: Set against the scenic views of Terranea Resort, Catalina Island and the Pacific Coast, catalina kitchen hosts a spirited dining experience in a vibrant and modern setting.

BASHI: bashi celebrates culture and the history of the Palos Verdes Peninsula in a lively setting.

NELSON'S: A guest favorite for casual dining, Nelson’s is perched directly above the ocean coves made famous by the 1950s television series Sea Hunt – from which this modern surf shack takes its name.

SEA BEANS: sea beans artisan café serves as a casual and delicious meeting space, conveniently located at the main Lobby courtyard.

CIELO POINT: The casual full-service eatery at cielo point overlooks the resort’s adults-only pool, providing a quiet retreat for grown-ups to enjoy a leisurely meal or iced beverage from their beach chair or private cabana as a resort guest.

Golf

The Links at Terranea is a dramatic nine-hole, par-3 Southern California oceanfront golf course, with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. Masterfully routed and beautifully integrated with its natural surroundings, this collection of championship-caliber holes offers a unique environment for both group and individual play. Artful bunkering, unobstructed sightlines and a wide range of classic strategic elements combine to deliver an unparalleled golf experience on the Los Angeles coast. Perhaps best of all, golfers at The Links walk and take in the magnificent coastal setting, just as the game was intended to be enjoyed.

The Links offers an expansive short game practice facility and professional instruction that allow you to improve your game—at any level. This exceptional golf course, set on the picturesque seaside of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, also offers a relaxed outdoor seating area where you can count the scores while sipping a beverage. In addition, the Golf House offers accessories, premium rental clubs, walking carts, equipment, and a selection of golf and resort-casual apparel.
