Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor is offering the opportunity to host a Simply Amazing event. For new RFPs received from ALHI, with more than 100 rooms on peak for at least 3 nights, receive the following benefits:

• Complimentary self-parking
• Cumulative attrition (15%)
• General browsing WI-FI in the meeting space
• 10% off audio visual
• One per Forty Room Night upgrade
• 25 Upgrades to Harborview rooms
• 3% credit to the master on consumed room revenue to be applied to banquet charges

Need Dates:

• December 10-23, 2023
• January 1-9, 2024
• July 1-31, 2024
• August 1-31, 2024
• September 1-15 or 22-30, 2024
• December 1-7 or 15-21, 2024

For contracts signed over one of the above Need Dates, these additional concessions will apply:

• Additional 5% Attrition Allowance (up to 20%)
• One complimentary AM or PM Break for Group
• One-Hour Reception to include Beer/Wine and 2 passed hors d’oeuvres
