Terms & Conditions

1. The offer is applicable to new bookings confirmed between now and October 31, 2021 and taking place from now through March 31, 2022. Subject to hotel’s availability and blackout dates apply. For more details, please contact our sales representative. 
2. The offer is applicable to accommodation groups with a minimum of 20 paying rooms on peak nights, excluding wedding group room only block.
3. The selected concession items must be included in the countersigned sales agreement for such event and are only applicable to one qualified event.
4. The concession of “Cancellation Terms Waived” is applicable to the contracted event cancelling at least 90 days prior to the first event start date.
5. The concession of “No Attrition” is applicable to the contracted event releasing the guestrooms at least 30 days prior to the first guestroom arrival date.
6. The complimentary room upgrade offer is applicable to a Suite only.
7. The roundtrip airport transfer can only be used within the event's staying period. Advanced reservation is required.
8. The offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions.
9. The offer is not valid for qualified events that have already been contracted or consumed.
10. The offer is subject to change without prior notice.
